Community Investment Program
The Community Investment Program is a community-centric program to partner and generate access to capital to sustain and progress active housing-related programs and services in Polk County. This program is available to 501(c)(3) organizations annually. Participating organizations must serve Polk County, Iowa.

The program prioritizes the organizations that provide one or more of the following types of services:

Housing Opportunities for Preservation and Expansion
Housing Opportunities for Preservation and Expansion (HOPE) is a new initiative to bridge community connections and resources to foster and implement actionable strategic solutions for housing and workforce development concerns. The initiative includes two programs:

Develop the Developer Launchpad offers a two-week multifamily emerging developer boot camp and a exclusive multi-month multifamily emerging developer fellowship.
Work That Impacts Housing Program is a paid career building opportunity in the building trades that also supports the repair of owner occupied homes.
