COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
PCHTF Community Investment funding provides investment and support into programmatic needs for organizations managing housing-focused programs in Polk County.
PCHTF Community Investment Grants utilize funds from our STABLE STEADY STRONG campaign. 100% of the investment goes directly into the community through contributions to housing-focused programs in Polk County.

Eligibility
-
The organization must be a registered 501(c)3.
-
The program must exclusively support the Polk County, IA area.
-
The program must support people in becoming stably housed.
-
100% of the people in the program served must live at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
-
The program must fit one of the five funding priorities.
-
If the program provides permanent supportive housing for people identifying as homeless, it must be exclusively receiving referrals from centralized intake.
