COMMUNITY INVESTMENT

PCHTF Community Investment funding provides investment and support into programmatic needs for organizations managing housing-focused programs in Polk County.

PCHTF Community Investment Grants utilize funds from our Navigating Housing Together campaign. 100% of the investment goes directly into the community through contributions to housing-focused programs in Polk County.

Community Investment Grants is a new name for our Programs and Supportive Services (PSS) grant program.

Housing-Focused Case Management
Resident Services
Permanent Supportive Housing Programs
Affordable Housing Programs
Community Investment Grant Application
Eligibility
  • The organization must be a registered 501(c)3.
  • The program must exclusively support the Polk County, IA area.
  • The program must support people in becoming stably housed.
  • 100% of the people in the program served must live at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
  • The program must fit one of the five funding priorities.
  • If the program provides permanent supportive housing for people identifying as homeless, it must be exclusively receiving referrals from centralized intake.
